How are Consignly subscriptions priced?
Subscriptions start at $750 per month and are tailored to the scale and complexity of your operation — the number of warehouses, integration requirements, and any specialist sector needs. We agree your monthly fee up-front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are there per-user, per-order or per-line fees?
No. Every Consignly subscription includes unlimited users, unlimited client and carrier partners, unlimited scanning and unlimited labelling. Volume never drives your bill.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. Consignly subscriptions are month-to-month so you can scale up, scale down or step away as your business needs change.
What's included in support?
Every subscription includes access to our knowledge base, ticketing system, and AI voice agent. Our support team is staffed by people who understand warehouse operations — not just software.
How does implementation work?
Most operations are running in a few hours using our self-serve onboarding and developer documentation. For multi-site or complex implementations our experienced project delivery team can plan, document and deliver everything from system integrations through to standard operating procedures.
Are integrations included?
Standard integrations to common transport, freight, ERP, e-commerce and accounting platforms are included in your subscription. Custom integrations and bespoke API work are scoped separately when needed.
Can the subscription scale with our growth?
